HAALE measures stress primarily by analyzing heart rate variability (HRV), which is the variation in time between each heartbeat. Low HRV is often associated with higher stress levels.
Here’s how it works:
Heart Rate Monitoring: The ring continuously tracks your heart rate using sensors (usually PPG).
HRV Analysis: The smart ring calculates HRV by measuring the time intervals between heartbeats.
Stress Detection: A decrease in HRV can indicate stress, as stress tends to reduce the variation between heartbeats.
